I love a fresh and easy at home salad! When you are always on the go, it gets tiring eating out all the time, even healthy options away from home start to get old. Jimmie and I have started eating salads during our lunch time when we are both home and we like to spice them up a little .
Having a fresh and light meal during the day gives you that good energy to keep on going without feeling super sluggish throughout the rest of the day. I hate feeling fatigue the remainder of the day especially when my to-do list is 10 miles long.

- Spring Mix -cut
- Chicken- cut and seasoned to your liking.
- 4 boiled eggs
- 2 avocados
- Shredded Cheese (to your liking)
- garlic pepper crispy onions
- Spicy ranch- So good!
