If you’re always on the go or just always busy like I am then these snacks are for you they are tasty and also healthy for you. I currently work full time in a call center and I can tell you the number of times someone may bring in cookies, candy or a countless number of other junk foods. It doesn’t make it easy on you when you are starving and waiting for lunch time to arrive.
Some days its hard for me to prepare my lunch especially in the middle of the week when I am most exhausted. I find my self running to fast food restraints or buying expensive meals, which isn’t good when I’m trying to save, save, save.
So here are a few healthier options for you!
- Pistachios- Instead of having chips, this one is one of my favorite snacks however I do have to be careful because I can eat the whole bag in one sitting. Pistachios are one of my favorites to eat, they are so good.
- Quest Protein Cookies- these are amazing and are pretty new, they hit the shelves about a month ago and are always out of stock, I have found them here at amazon. They taste way better than any protein bar or cookie that I have tried and they are just super delicious.
- Voortman Peanut butter wafers- I love these because they are sugar free. they come in a big pack so you do have to take the amount that you want out and in a little ziplock baggie.
There are a variety of other snacks to take with you on the go but these are just some of my favorites. It’s Monday, a fresh start to a new week.
