Let me just say, I love CARBS! its hard for me to resist, but this week I call it quits. I have slowly eased my way away from eating carbs. of coarse it is hard to lean from food that you are so used to eating and that always cures you appetite and that is your comfort food.
Dedication
I kinda sorta have dedication issues…just a tiny bit. But it is only because I LOVE food oh so much! I typically fall in and out of a work out schedule because I end up getting busy with work and become exhausted. But as my boyfriend continues to tell me “you need to make time for the things you want”. What I want is to reach my goal weight and live a healthier lifestyle without having cravings for carbs or just bad food all together.
Goals
My goal is to lose 50 pounds, this is by losing weight and gaining that tone look all through my body. I know, I know but if you knew how much I weighed you would understand.

Timeframe
I know that there is not a certain timeframe that you can ‘get fit’. But I do want to have a set amount of time that I want to have each portion of my body in shape.
The first three weeks my goal is to workout 2-3 times a week. Included in this week I will complete a variety of workout plans. I use the app Pumpup to get inspiration on which workout routines I would like to complete. A rotation of arms ( triceps, biceps, shoulders, chest, back), legs (quads, butt, calves, also inner thighs), and finally abs! Basically I want to get everything right! Each exercise I will be completing 6 sets of 15.
The second three weeks I would like to begin working out 3-4 times a week and increase repetition in my sets to burn more calories during my workouts. Its all about those #Goals #Goals #Goals

Polar FT4 fitness Heart Rate Monitor is one of the best things I have used since working out. I love that it keeps me on track as far as heart rate during my workouts. It also is a calorie counter! How cool is that? 2 -in- 1.
