I wanted to start a new series on my blog, I think this is a great way to keep myself motivated with this journey along with bringing you all along, we can answer each others question an help each other along the way.
Background
I used to be a cheerleader, so that means I worked out basically everyday and also was able to eat all of my favorite foods without any issues. Of coarse when you graduate things change a lot. . . You continue to eat all the things you love but the working out everyday does come to a halt.
Since I was a cheerleader for all four years of high school, I was used to working out with all of my friends doing partner exercises, and having someone else to motivate me. Being in a tight uniform all day at school was also motivation for myself. But now it is a different story, I don’t really have anyone to help motivate me and that can work out when I can because of busy schedules and conflicts. It is now time for some self motivation!
Now
I have gained almost 60 pounds since graduating from high school and it is kind of devastating. I want to begin this week slow, intervals of walking and jogging every min just to get my body going and into the rhythm again.
The Plan
Exercise- I have been exercising twice a week and working on getting that up to three days a week. I work out at my college gym right before my classes begin. Also thinking about joining a [hot] yoga class.

Food- No more dairy, and also trying to cut out the breads. Adding at least two bottles of water to my diet as well because, I barely drink it now, I know so bad!
Anyone else dieting or wanting to begin a diet? Let me know what you do or what works for you!
Lift weights! I lost 50lbs… And weight lifting made it possible – my weight loss stalled when I only did cardio! I wrote two blog posts on my weight loss journey and my exercise routine (feedingfrenzy808.com), check it out of you want! Oh, and you got this! It'll be hard in the beginning but it is so worth it in the end!
